New super oatmeal chia seed bars

New Oatmeal bars , All you need is coco powder, vanilla, chia seed , honey and peanut butter

This new bar has chia seed, chia seeds are among the most healthiest foods, there full of protein, calcium, fiber, magnesium, and fats.

This is how I make my super bars, all you need is…

1 cup of peanut butter (try to get pure peanut butter)
1 cup of honey
3 cups of oatmeal (old fashioned rolled oats)
1 cup of chia seeds
2 spoons of coco powder
1 spoon of vanilla essence

Put oatmeal,and chia seeds, in a bowl and mix them well.

Put the peanut butter and honey in a pan, put the heat on low and stir until soft.
When the mixture get soft add in the coco powder and the vanilla essence.Keep mixing the mixture
so it dose not get burned.

When the mixture is done put it in the bowl with the oatmeal and chia seed. Mix everything well together.
Pre heat the oven to 180 celsius. While the oven is heating, put the mixture in the oven pan, cover the whole pan with the mix and press it down.
When the oven is done heating, put the pan in for 20 minutes.When its done baking take it out,
When it comes out of the oven its still soft, let it cool for about an hour.

Then enjoy!!
