Bad Posture part 2

I worte in the last blog (bad posture) about how the bad habits we do every day
take a toll on our posture and get us misaligned.

A good way to fix your posture is to exercise, to work the muscles and get them stronger.
Like in your back, pelvis, legs, shoulder, and neck.

Of course exercise can help you fix your posture, and can help you incorporate good habits.
but if you keep doing those bad habits that you have been doing for years to get you all crocked,
you won’t be make much progress.

Say you want to lose weight, in order to do that you have to eat the right kinds of food and
exercise regularly.

You go to the gym and sweat it out, after you finish you won’t go out and eat a bunch of junk food now would you?
You would go on a diet, by eating the right kinds of food and the right amount. You would change your old habits, your old eating ways because you want to lose weight.

Its the same if you want to fix your posture, you have to make good habits if you want to see results.
You have to remind yourself to sit up straight when sitting, also to get up and stretch if you have been sitting for a long time, to stop looking down at your phone, and to keep your weight even on both feet back on your heels while standing.

Set reminders on your computer or phone, put up posits in the office or home.
Those sort of things can help to remind you to fix your posture.

Its going to take time and effort, but if you keep at it you will start to notice that you will be doing
it without even having to think about.

You will look better and feel better. Start making good habits now!
