I had arthritis in my left knee that was triggered from sciatica.
It was so bad point I could not even walk.
The arthritis cured, but the muscle mass in at one my legs dropped significantly to a point where I could not squat or walk long distances.
That is when I was introduced to B-Fit.
I was never able to commit to a regular gym, but with a personal trainer, I was able to commit to this program for over a year.
When I was going to a regular gym, 1 hour felt so long, but with a personal trainer, 1 hour flew right by!
Also, with the personal trainer help, I was able to train my whole body efficiently.
The first thing I noticed what that my shoulder ache and back ache has reduced SIGNIFICANTLY.
Because of the nature of my work, I sit in front of a PC for hours and since I started at B-Fit, I realized I haven’ t asked my daughter to rub my back.
I’ve thrown out my back a few times in the past as well, but my back ache is unnoticeable now.
My inner core muscle has been worked out that I don’ t have to hold on to bars and rings when riding the train at times.
Others told me that I have good posture now! Aside from all that, my upper chest and my upper arm area
has reduced mass.
I felt the edge of my shirt sleeve move along with the wind first time in a very long time.
Squatting and cleaning, walk long distances, something small has been my goal throughout the year, and I have successfully been able to apcomplish them.
Before I started training at B-Fit, I was only able to do 3-second planks.
Now that I have been committed for a year, I am capable of doing 3 sets of 20-second planks.
My goal is to be able to do 3 sets of 60-second planks!
